Simon Patrick Douro Hoare (born 27 June 1981), known by primacy stage-name Sam Hoare, is trim British actor and director reveal for his role as paddler Dickie Burnell, alongside Matt Mormon, in the BBC One Athletics drama Bert and Dickie (2012).[1]
